"Disappointing quality and confusing support"
The shirt looked fine when I first got it, but after just one wash the stitching started coming loose. It’s not the worst shirt ever, but for the price I expected it to hold up better. I also got different answers when I asked about it, which was frustrating. One person made it sound like it could be handled, and another basically said the opposite, so that didn’t help.

"Good experience overall"
I ordered from officialsports.com and had a good experience. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and my order showed up within a few days. The tracking updated fine too, which I always appreciate. The only small thing was that the package seemed to sit for a day before it started moving, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, I’d order from them again.

My item ended up being on backorder, and I was a little worried at first because I’ve been fooled before by vague shipping promises. But they actually kept emailing me updates, and it shipped pretty much around when they said it would. It wasn’t a big hassle, just a bit of waiting. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it

It did get fixed, but only after I had to chase it up a few times. A bit frustrating in the moment, but I guess it reminded me how much clear communication matters when something goes wrong. Once it was finally handled, everything was fine.

I ordered a referee shirt from Official Sports the fit was pretty much what I had in mind. I kind of trusted my instinct on the size, and it worked out, not too tight and not too loose. The material felt comfortable through a full game, even once it started getting warm. The sleeves sat nicely too and didn’t rub or bother me at all. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I think the sizing chart could be a bit clearer, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, trying to exchange it was more of a hassle than I expected. It took a while to get a response, and the return instructions weren’t exactly crystal clear. To their credit, they did manage to sort it out in the end, which is nice if you have the patience for it. I’m not saying I’d never order again, but I definitely wouldn’t be in a rush.

"Shirt was okay, but the packaging was a mess"
The shirt itself was fine, no real issues there, but the package showed up ripped open, which was frustrating. When something arrives like that, I don’t really want to hear policy excuses, I just want it handled properly. Luckily the shirt wasn’t damaged, but the delivery condition definitely left a bad impression.

"Pretty good value overall"
I ordered from officialsports mostly because, the prices seemed better than a few other places I looked at. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the quality ended up being better than I thought for the price. Nothing felt overpriced, and checkout was easy too. If the prices stay around this level, I’d probably order from them again.
